Beautiful vintage 1920s era or earlier skirt of bright yellow combed cotton that almost feels like a flannel. Long length to about the ankle on most heights and a full sweep that hangs nice and loosely. Sweet floral panel at hem. High waist band with gathering below waist. Unlined. Snap and hook closure at waist.
